Planet 21 is the brainchild of Pavananjay Jain who is a powerhouse of passion with a unique vision to have a Driving School which just does not train you to drive but instills confidence for an immediate start in your vehicle. Pavananjay feels that driving is a Life Skill and a casual approach to training students is mediocrity. Pavananjay cashes on his educational background in Automobiles and the technical skillsets that he acquired while being employed with a famous dealer of Maruti Suzuki as a Technical Support Specialist. During his tenure with them he underwent advanced training on the nuances of the technicalities of four-wheelers from subject matter experts from Maruti Udyog, New Delhi. He also has to his credit for successfully setting up and running a Service Station. These exposures instilled a desire in him to start a unique driving school that will cater to people from different walks of life.

Not letting go of the rich exposure and knowledge from his academics and career, he transformed his learning into Planet 21 which believes in learning and unlearning with changing times to train and untrain the students not just driving but also grooming them to unlearn some traits that can hinder them in safe driving and coaches them the right and necessary attitude required for being a responsible driver. In 2003, Pavan started training with a modest setup and just two cars. By 2006, he established a full-fledged Driving School and introduced the most commonly used vehicles of different makes. The school uses brand new vehicles for training unlike converting used vehicles. After the 10-hour driving training conducted by his trained instructors, Pavananjay has a special concept of Own Vehicle Training. It helps him assess, train and groom the students to get going in their own vehicles with ease and confidence.

Pavananjay holds the esteemed positions of  Joint Secretary of the All India Federation of Driving Schools Association (AIFDSA). With his tireless efforts and dedication, Pavananjay has made significant contributions to promoting road safety awareness and improving driving standards across the country.

In the Indian scenario, women students prefer and are comfortable learning from another woman for a two-wheeler. Pavan’s passion for training vehicle driving brushed and motivated his spouse – who was fascinated by his obsession with training. She took a leaf from his strong rooted tree of passion, expertise, and aspiration to train and started actively involving herself in the driving school and is a specialist who trains women students for two-wheeler riding. This is a blessing to the women learners who can breathe easily and learn the skill of riding with a free spirit without inhibitions.
